Every order is packed by our family team in Ohio. Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more

We ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Singapore, and many countries in Europe and Asia. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at info@shinetara.com with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged), and we'll make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before your order ships.
